2012 RENEWALS
Renewals for Licensed Lenders began October 15, 2011 and will end January 16, 2012. The renewal fee is $450. The late renewal period begins January 17, 2012 and ends March 31, 2012. Renewals postmarked after January 16, 2012 will be assessed a $100 late renewal fee. Licenses for companies whose renewals are postmarked after March 31, 2012, will expire, and will be prohibited from engaging in making consumer loans without a license.
Please Note: Companies are no longer required to submit Attachment "A" with their renewal information. If a change in owners or officers has occurred, please check "Yes" on the appropriate question, attach an explanation, and provide required documentation.
