Legal Division

The legal division is charged with the responsibility of providing legal advice and guidance to the Commissioner and his entire staff regarding regulatory, supervisory, administrative and personnel matters.  It also fields questions from its constituency and the general public relating to their legal interaction in the financial services arena.
